Seaside Travellers Inn is a family-run establishment located in the Malaysian state of Sabah in Borneo. The Inn is situated in a scenic area with the Beach House built right at the edge of Kinarut seashore facing the South China Sea and some beautiful islands. 

    With only 24 rooms, the Inn is designed for families and those on a moderate budget looking for a relaxed holiday with personalised service. It has a nice new swimming pool with waterfall and sun loungers, a bar and small restaurant, canoes and boat hire, tennis and badminton, and for your excursions, there is a local taxi service which is used to the demands of tourists plus the various "in-house" tours to Mt. Kinabalu etc.

     

Pool at the Seaside Inn

Prices start at only £299 for 2 weeks full board at the Seaside Inn and go up to £690 for a stay complete with excursions to Turtle Island on the East Coast where the Orang Utan Sanctuary is and where most of the wildlife of Borneo can be seen on the Kinabatangan River and another 3 day excursion to Mount Kinabalu and its World Heritage Park with unique flora and fauna at altitudes of 6000 feet up to 13,500 feet at the summit.

Single Supplement for tours only of £90. All meals and transport are included on the tours as well as the 40 minute flight to Sandakan from Kota Kinabalu.

Syabas Beach Resort                                

is similarly a small complex of 14 private cabins, all fully equipped and located beside a very nice new swimming pool with all the usual facilities. With more of a Western flavour to the cuisine and establishment than Seaside Inn, it may be favoured by those looking for a more private and familiar place to stay.

             

 Supplement for Syabas Beach Resort is £100 per person on top of the prices for Seaside Inn above.
